Deck Cleaning & Stripping

Service Description:

• Deck is inspected for damage prior to cleaning. Such damage will be noted for your edification.
• A mold, mildew, algae treatment with a mild surfactant is applied to all surfaces.
• All Deck surface including treads, rails, lattice, steps, built-ins are rinsed by high pressure spray, to remove treatment as well as dirt and grime.
• Chemical stripping of Deck to remove old stains is available option for an additional charge, to cover cost of stripping chemical.
• A written quote for any repairs needed that were noted prior to cleaning will be provided to you upon request.
• Optional application of clear water seals (Thompson or Olympic Multi-Surface) available upon request.

Prior to our arrival for service, please make sure that we have water access, that you have removed all furniture and other objects from the Deck, and that no obstructions block access to your Deck. We can remove and restore heavy items for you under t&m.

New wood Decks should ALWAYS be cleaned prior to application of any stains in order to remove surface contaminates resulting from the wood treatment process.
